By accessing or using www.rightflightscanner.com, you (“User,” “Customer,” or “Passenger”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. These Terms apply to:
- Online flight booking services (OTA).
- Consultation and advisory services (third-party support and claims).
Use of this site is strictly conditional upon acceptance of these Terms.
2. Independent OTA Status
- We are not an airline, consolidator, or carrier.
- All tickets are issued exclusively through authorized consolidators under our agreements.
- Airlines are not responsible for any services we provide directly (consultation, fees, platform access).
- References to airline names, codes, or logos are descriptive only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
3. Fares, Rules, and Restrictions
- All fares displayed are dynamic, subject to availability, and not guaranteed until ticket issuance.

- Refund eligibility.
- Cancellation/change penalties.
- Baggage allowances.
- Boarding requirements.
- Promotional fares or discounted tickets are generally non-refundable and non-changeable.
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking if fare discrepancies occur due to system errors or supplier issues.
4. Payment & Verification
- All bookings are subject to successful payment authorization.
- Fraud checks, identity verification, and passenger validation are mandatory.
- Payment refusal, chargebacks, or disputes may result in booking cancellation and possible reporting to fraud monitoring agencies.
- Our service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, even if the ticket or claim is denied.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refund requests are governed exclusively by airline/consolidator fare rules.

DOT 24-hour refund applies only if:
- Booking is made at least 7 days before departure, AND
- Cancellation is requested within 24 hours of booking.
- Outside this window, refunds depend strictly on fare conditions.
- Refund processing timelines are determined by airlines/suppliers (may take 30–90+ days).
- If a refund is approved by the airline, our service/processing fees will still be deducted.
- No-shows are strictly non-refundable.
6. Consultation & Advisory Services
Consultation/advisory services are offered as independent third-party assistance.
- Services cover refund claims, disruption compensation, cancellations, or disputes.
- Written or digital customer consent is mandatory before we act on your behalf.
Fees & Charges:
- Consultation fees may apply at case initiation.
- Up to 30% success-based fee applies if recovery (cash, credits, vouchers) is achieved.
- We cannot guarantee outcomes, as final decisions rest with airlines or suppliers.
- Our responsibility ends at representation and advisory; liability for final outcomes lies with the carrier/supplier.
7. Limitation of Liability

- Airline cancellations, delays, or operational failures.
- Losses due to missed flights, missed connections, or denied boarding.
- Additional expenses including hotels, meals, ground transport, or visas.
- Force majeure events: pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, security events, government actions.
- Emotional distress, indirect losses, or loss of business opportunities.
- Our maximum liability, if proven, is strictly limited to the service fees paid directly to us.
8. Additional Strict Conditions
- Name errors provided by the customer are the sole responsibility of the passenger; corrections may not be possible.
- Travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates) are the sole responsibility of the passenger. No refunds apply for denied boarding due to invalid documents.
- Multiple bookings: Customers are responsible for ensuring they do not create duplicate or conflicting bookings. Refunds are not provided for such cases.
- Third-party services: If using our advisory services for a booking made elsewhere, the customer acknowledges that airlines may deny claims, and our service fees remain non-refundable.
- Chargeback misuse: Filing a chargeback without valid cause will result in legal pursuit for damages and reporting to credit/fraud monitoring agencies.
- Voucher/credit use: Travel credits or vouchers issued under airline rules are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable beyond the airline’s stated terms.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate passenger and payment details.
- Verify baggage allowances, visa requirements, and travel rules.
- Check all emails and confirmations immediately upon receipt.
- Accept that final confirmation of booking occurs only when e-ticket is issued.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in New York.
